I have led key projects, including PMI (Post Merger Integration) in 7 countries from the kick-off, gap analysis, solution design, and execution until the cutover and hypercare. This involved creating a business interaction kit to maintain a seamless integration, receiving positive feedback from customers and vendors. While the technical changes (e.g., Microsoft ERPs/CRM, Oracle CX/CPQ, APIs, PowerBI) are always challenging, managing people change and bringing everyone along is an even more demanding part of the process.
Another major project was the Sales Application for the direct sales department, designed to help external sales agents plan their routes and identify potential in specific areas. The tool facilitates a customer-focused sales process, allowing agents to discuss needs and products while handling complex product combinations with X-Sell and UpSell features. The application was developed as a progressive web app using HTML, CSS, JS, as well as PHP, Java, and Oracle DB.
I've also led other significant software projects, such as Quality Call functionality, e-Invoicing, and Sales Agent Deployment Planning with geo-optimization throughout Germany, coordinating teams across Germany, Europe, India, and Egypt.
